Refund Policy

Refund will be initiated within 48 hours following the pickup of the order from the delivery address. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, a payout link will be issued to both the email and phone number utilised to place the order. In the case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Amount for Order Confirmation: Any amount deducted for amount order confirmation will not be refunded, if the order is fulfilled/Transit.
